SWA has embarked on renovation of hostels with Upper State House Road Unit- Hall 4 and Women’s Hall benefiting from the programme.
At Upper State House Unit the roofing and external painting works in Hall 4 is currently complete giving the halls a new lease of life. The hall has been an eye sore with most of the rooms on the top floor badly leaking and the exterior looking bad. This is now a thing of the past as the hall is currently in good shape.
SWA has embarked on renovation of hostels with Women’s Hall and Hall 4 benefiting from the programme. Renovation work at Women’s hall (Box) has been funded by Central Administration as a flagship project by the University. The work has been ongoing and currently the hall is almost complete with plumbing, electrical, roofing, and external pant works complete.
The gallant sports men and women who have brought glory to the University of Nairobi and have flown the University flag high not just in Kenya, but in Africa and across the world have been honoured today on, June 25, 2020 in an event that took place at Taifa Hall, Main Campus. Read more
